Blast Advisors are the creators and curators of exceptional management methods. They are at the heart of BLAST value delivered to clients. Their maturity, patience and skill enable them to help clients deal with complex business challenges, and solve them quickly. They also mentor and support the next generation of business leaders we are so fortunate to have working with us at BLAST.

Requirements

• 50,000 hours of field experience listening, leading, thinking, creating, breaking, testing, fixing and tuning the art and science of management.
• A handful of management methodologies proven to create break-throughs in strategy, management and team performance.
• Love and patience to doing real work, solve problems and creating break-throughs opportunities with clients.
• A desire to work with individual BLAST analysts, to share, coach and mentor them as the next generation of BLAST Advisors, empowering our young people to fearless embrace change with the patience that comes with respecting the importance of listening and learning.
• A short-list of clients with whom you have developed mutual trust who are looking for a better, faster way to manage their business. 

Blast Analyst

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Masters-level education that demonstrates commitment, diversity and performance
• A handful of individual and group projects that demonstrate a desire and ability to create insight and action outside traditional bounds
• Energy and patience to doing real work, deliver analytics and solving problems in tandem with senior executives and BLAST Advisors.
• A short-list of people who know your greatest strengths and where we can best work together to break-through current barriers and limits.
